Message	the stock turbos do not flow enough that much if any benefit can be seen with upgraded cams, ported/polished passages, etc. However, the higher flowing upgraded turbos like the 2530's and TD05's ARE restricted by stock cams and passages, so that's when a built motor will have an advantage over a stock one.
